    Welcome to Resell Hub ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web application and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

    1. Services Provided

    Resell Hub provides software designed to assist Vinted resellers in managing their inventory, tracking finances, and automating purchasing decisions through features such as instant buying, smart offering, and resell price checking.

    We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted or any other third-party marketplace.

    2. Subscription & Payment

    Our Services are available through recurring subscriptions managed via Stripe. Users can also purchase access via crypto, PayPal, or bank transfer upon request (these are non-recurring payments).

    Subscription details, including pricing, are displayed on our landing page.

    We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

    Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in an immediate ban and potential legal action.

    3. Vinted Access & Account Security

    To enable features like instant buying (Instabuy), smart offering, and order tracking, users must provide their Vinted access token.

    We do not collect, store, or use your Vinted login credentials (e.g., email, password).

    Using automation or multi-accounting may violate Vinted’s Terms of Service. You assume full responsibility for any consequences, including account suspensions or bans.

    4. Data Privacy & Security

    We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

    Your Vinted access token is securely encrypted and used only for its intended purpose.

    5. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Resell Hub complies with Vinted’s terms of service.

    We are not responsible for any penalties, suspensions, or losses incurred as a result of using our software.

    6. Limitations of Liability

    Resell Hub provides tools to assist with reselling but does not guarantee profits or successful transactions.

    7. Service Modifications & Termination

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

    8. Refund Policy

    We do not offer refunds unless an issue is proven to be caused by a fault in our software.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
